Do I need to be a designer to edit the card templates?No. You can edit your cards very easily, even without any knowledge of graphic design. Furthermore, you don't need to download any software to do so since it's a web-based editor interface. Instantly modify and change the layout without any intervention from our team.
•Is there's any editing restrictions in these templates?
Choose from Templates category have restrictions to preserve the original design or smooth the user experience. You can get the dos and don'ts list on the product page description. If you wish for a 100% editable template, simply pick any template from the Design from Scratch category.
•Do I need a third-party design software like Photoshop®?Using our all-in-one design solution based on a highly customisable HTML5 image editing user interface, you don't need any third-party Design software or install fonts. Only an updated browser with fast internet connection access is necessary.
•Can I use my own design file?Sure. You can upload your images and graphics. The supported file formats include JPEG and PDF. In addition, guideline files can be downloaded and used on your favourite third-party design software. A free clipart library can also be reached in the Design from Scratch category.
•Do you offer a professional design service to create a card for me?Yes. If you require a unique design and don't feel comfortable creating it yourself, we have a design service tailored to suit your needs. Simply contact us and share your thoughts. We will provide you with a quote. Our design team is very skilful.
•How can I place an order?The easiest and fast way to get your cards is choosing from templates. Select a card based on the size, theme and style. Change all the text and place any photos. Proceed to preview and pay using our secure checkout. No hidden fees are included. Chat support is available at every step.
•What are the sizes of the cards?Bookmark cards: 50 x 200 mm. Folded cards: 70 x 100 mm when closed, 140 x 100 mm when open. Single cards: 70 x 100 mm. Wallet cards: 55 x 85 mm. Coming soon: Lifetime cards: 120 x 120 mm when closed, 360 x 120 mm when open. Seed cards: 80 x 100 mm. Additional info here.
•When do I receive proof of the design?Unlike other Memorial Cards websites, there's no waiting here. Instead, our web-based editor provides instant proof with a photo-realistic preview soon you finish your design. You can immediately check for any remaining errors directly on your computer, tablet or phone.
•How can I know if my photo has good quality to print?Treasured Memories has an advanced live preflight checking system that instantly verifies that your uploaded images are valid for printing (good DPI resolution). If you get a red flag after uploading or resizing any photos, try to use another photo or decrease its size.
•How can I choose my free gift?You can choose the free gift at the product page of your selected card just below the quantity dropdown selector. However, if you forgot to pick one, don't worry: we will send you a random gift. All of them are supplied in a canvas drawstring bag. It's our way of saying thank you.
•Can I make changes to the card after ordering?You can modify the layout anytime before proceeding with the payment. Use the basket page to reach the design editor again. However, after payment, we immediately start the print process, and re-printing charges may apply. We recommend contacting us ASAP for any issues.
•Do all cards have a laminated finish?All memorial cards are full-colour print laminated on both sides. If you don’t want your order laminated, please notify us. Treasured Memories also has environmental compromise and only uses FSC® certified paper. All cards are designed and produced in Ireland.
•Are envelopes included with cards?Yes, all memorial card orders come with the same quantity pack of white envelopes, and you don't have to pay more for that. It's free of charge and supplied has the highest standards of quality. We don’t use cheap envelopes.
•Is your service offered outside of Ireland/UK?At this moment, we only deliver inside the EU. UK and UK offshore islands are exceptions. All orders have tracking numbers, and deliveries outside ROI includes additional fees. Delivery times are calculated based on DHL estimates. They can vary between 2 to 8 business days.
•Can I order extra cards at a later date?Usually, we keep copies of all designs on our system for three months following the date of the original order, but If you request a reprint of a previous card, we need to check if the artwork is still available. Just email us or give us a call to arrange.

If you are experiencing issues creating your card, you may need to upgrade your browser. We recommended using the two last versions of these popular browsers: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari.
Don't worry. In addition to the desktop version, you can use a tablet or mobile device to access the Treasured Memories editor. We also built our store with a responsive design (mobile-friendly). The minimum operating system is the two latest versions of iOS or Android.
