Cancellations

Once you have approved your order online and paid for it the order goes straight into our production system and will be printed and dispatched within 48 hours (working days). Therefore once you have placed your order we start working on it straight away.

If you would like to cancel any order it is only possible to do so before production starts. Production of orders starts at 9am each morning so it is imperative you call us on +353 (01) 452 6857 GMT+0 time zone (Ireland) immediately and if your order has not been printed then we would be happy to cancel with a full refund. If your order has already been processed unfortunately we can not cancel or issue a refund.

If your order is cancelled due to an error on our behalf we would be happy to offer a full refund.

Refund liabilities

Without limiting the operation of the Conditions of Use herein, Treasured Memories will not accept liability for any costs or losses arising or damage suffered due to late delivery and you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement or entitle you to cancel your order or receive a refund. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Please check that the box containing the goods is not damaged before signing for the delivery. If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, please inform the courier and return them to Treasured Memories within 48 hours. Neither couriers, our us, will accept any liability if the claim is made outside of the 48 hours. 

Important: In the case of only a part of the order being defective, the whole order must be returned for inspection.

Personalised products

Every order we produce is made specifically for the person or business who ordered the goods. As each job is custom-made we cannot accept returns, except where goods are faulty or defective and we agree to refund instead of reprint. If you had approve a design that has wrong information, typos, spelling mistakes, we will not provide a refund.

Non-personalised products

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of receipt but must be returned in a resaleable condition, i.e. unopened, packaging intact, clean and undamaged, etc. If the product returned is not in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

How to proceed?

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@treasuredmemories.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Postage costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded. Don't hesitate to Contact Us first for further help and advice regarding this.

Notwithstanding these contractual conditions, we are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be happy with the products you have purchased from us. In the event of any dissatisfaction, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will do all that we can do to put things right. Please contact us as soon as a problem is found.
